We're a working mushroom farm in Leavenworth, Kansas. We're only 30 minutes from downtown KC, 30 minutes from downtown Lawrence. We grow eight varieties of gourmet culinary mushrooms in climate-controlled rooms, harvest to order, and deliver direct to restaurant kitchens. No distributor markup. No cross-country shipping. Just clean product from people who answer their own phone.
